    what's the best editing software available for editing, etc good quality dv footage on the pc? i've heard about final cut and premiere...

    Final Cut Pro is Mac only.and is the best out of the 2.

    You basicly have three choices if you wan't to do professional work.

    1) FCP for the Mac

    2) Premiere for the PC

    3) AVID Xpress for either one
